1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Ablew (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. Ablew reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or site announcement.
2. Description of services
Ablew provides trading psychology tools including the Mind Test (free personality assessment), the Mental Edge Program (educational content and personality report), and Ablew AI (AI-powered trade analysis). Access to features depends on your account type and any purchases made.
3. Accounts and registration
You must be 18 years or older to use Ablew. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Ablew is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
4. Purchases and payments
All prices are in USD. The Mental Edge Program is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. Ablew AI is an annual subscription billed automatically. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
5. Intellectual property
All content on Ablew — including lesson material, psychology profiles, assessments, and AI-generated reports — is the intellectual property of Ablew. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission. Your own trade data remains yours.
6. Not financial advice
Ablew is an educational and psychology platform. Nothing on Ablew constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You trade at your own risk.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Ablew to: violate any applicable law; upload harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Platform; or interfere with the operation of the Platform or other users' access to it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ablew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any content provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Ablew reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
